The emphatic release from eclipse season begins! This week, the Moon is journeying through the more developmental and personal signs, from sex and money to new information to emotional processing to creatively expressing what these all bring us. The tide is finally ebbing after the deeply relational and morphing influence of the eclipses. Where are we going to go that we have never been before? Is it a new routine? A new adventure somewhere? A new habit? Whatever we are changing, may it be less painful than anticipated and much more rewarding that we ever could have imagined!

Moon conjunct Jupiter in Taurus opposite Mercury and Mars in Scorpio
Mercury conjunct Mars in Scorpio
Moon in Taurus trine Venus in Virgo
Moon conjunct Uranus in Taurus
Yesterday’s Full Moon Lunar Eclipse delivered, and is still delivering, a reverberating influence upon Earth. One that ripples out through time, both ahead of us and behind us. The additional effects of Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter brings an amplified dose of raw sexual, psychological, and/or financial matters to the forefront of our lives. There are powerful conversations happening behind closed doors all over the world. What are we bringing to our own conversations? What matters to us?
It may feel like the end of our rope, or the shredding threads at the end of that rope. The tension can be tasted, and it tastes like metal and glue. Through such transits and tension, we have to remember the words of Robert Hunter: “One way or another, this darkness has got to give.” Fortunately for all of us, after the magnified intensities from yesterday’s eclipse, the transits gradually move on to brighter reminders about our future, including where and how we envision ourselves thriving through all the chaos that might otherwise surround many of us. The darkness can often inspire brilliant advancements into reaches we never knew we would find.

Moon in Taurus trine Pluto in Capricorn
Moon in Gemini square Saturn in Pisces
As tension is released and the whistling hot steam depletes and cools, the ongoing reminders of what we have been facing can become more crystal clear to us. During times of concentrated intensity it is often very difficult to rationally understand the circumstances surrounding us. When that tension relaxes we are given the opportunity to reflect and make sense of its effects. Today we are given that opportunity. We can see how the icy rippling waters that extend out from Pluto gradually smooth and grow warmer.
Do we find ourselves in the thick of some confusing turmoil that we feel we cannot remedy? Can we envision a more ideal scenario for us but don’t know how to make it happen? Or perhaps certain parts of us aren’t sure yet if we want to make it happen? How long have these ideals been whispering to us? The matches are in our pockets. We can strike a new one at any time, but we must be prepared for that new match to set fire to much of what we have known and stubbornly hung on to for so long. Let’s learn how it can all be what is best for us and those we love most.

Venus in Virgo trine Uranus in Taurus
Moon in Gemini sextile Chiron in Aries
As I said on Sunday, brighter reminders about our future lie in wait for us. The perils we have endured are fortifying our resolve and our spine to manifest diamonds from the ashes of darkness that enveloped us for so long. However, it is important to not condemn that darkness or those perils. They are first and foremost our teachers, and they are sacred moments in the grand history of our personal lives. Where do we find such strange and valuable teachers such as these? In the woven tapestry of our magnificent lives.
Such beauty can only come of such great effort and the burning off of all flammable shreds of our always-dying egos. The at-first pain and shame of our humbling can paralyze us inside, but as begin to clearly understand the quintessence of love and forgiveness, the true healing begins. May we search and discover the value of clarity of consciousness and sincere compassion.

Moon in Gemini square Venus in Virgo
Moon in Gemini square Neptune in Pisces
Moon in Cancer trine Saturn in Pisces
What are we learning lately? And how are we applying what we learn to our daily lives? If we take just a few moments to reflect upon the subtle things we have realized or figured out lately, we can make better use of our consciousness by applying those lessons to how we live. There is a subtle script we follow, most often unconsciously, that creates the grooves in our vinyl soundtrack. Those groovy conditioned habits we love to become familiar with sometimes need to be rewritten and reperformed.
Eventually, we will be feeling the nesting aromas of this evening’s Cancer Moon, which calls for some comfort food, warmth, and quietude, if possible. It may be a good evening to reflect upon the transience of our spiritual practice, or to feel into our ever-expanding emotional process to work through any difficult experiences we have not had time to talk about or understand. It could be an emotional evening, but one that is sure to further us along on our path of redemption and security.

Moon in Cancer trine Sun in Scorpio
Moon in Cancer sextile Jupiter in Taurus
Moon in Cancer trine Mars in Scorpio
As the moody waters rush by us, over and around the rocks and branches, we can hear vague traces of Sunday’s Full Moon eclipse. The territory we traversed through those days will likely be chiming in for an update today. How are things coming along for us? Are we working out the kinks in the clogged hoses so what must flow can flow freely again? It is important to know how important the movement of subtle energies in our bodies is for us.
We might want to pay attention to exactly where our temper engulfs us if we are to better understand what work we need to focus on moving forward. These forces that are inside of us can dictate our actions if we are not present enough to witness the trojan horses that they can be. The latches have come off, so our feelings can pour forth freely. We just have to be quite sincerely keen to the volatility of the combustible nature of those feelings. Resolve provides peace in the most challenging of times.

Sun in Scorpio opposite Jupiter in Taurus
Moon in Cancer square Chiron in Aries
Moon in Cancer trine Mercury in Scorpio
Moon in Cancer square its nodes
Venus in Virgo opposite Neptune in Pisces
Trusting in the sustainment of our resources could be a topic of contention today, at the very least with just ourselves. Where does it come from and how long will it last? Painful feelings that our contributions to that sustainment are not good enough could creep in. Are we pulling our weight? Can we be open enough to talk about it with someone who cares and listens and understands the struggle?
These feelings can cripple us if we are not careful to forgive and remind ourselves that we have been doing the best we can, even if we can do better in the future. The road is outstretched in front of us and behind, and we can see its windy turns, blinds, detours, and dead-ends if we make time to sit quietly with a microscope pointed toward our heart. What flows out to greet us should not be taken lightly.
Further recognition of the towering waves that often pound the cliffs of our hearts should be scrutinized and delineated for the sake of holding a steady course through those seas. When chaos threatens to overcome the order we so desperately work hard to maintain, it may be time to yield a little bit to those whims of the unknown. It is a good day to strive for trust and faith.

*Saturn stations direct at 0° Pisces*
Mercury in Scorpio opposite Uranus in Taurus
After retreating back to the beginning of Pisces during its four-month retrograde cycle, Saturn is turning to make another pass through it. These are turbulent times that can dissolve the foundations that have supported us for however long, like a rug being pulled out from under us, if you will. How much we have relied on foundations that were already crumbling should tell us how well we have fared through these early seven degrees of Saturn in Pisces. But what we have learned over the past four months can tell us even more about what needs to be accomplished over the next two-and-a-half years.
The flavor of this cycle is colored by a high voltage charge of mental acuity that can help us deduce what we have learned about our foundations since June. This charge can also help inspire us to notice progressive ways we can further grow our resources and our means of sustainability. The combination of these shifts and transits instill a great deal of focus upon how to build a new model for our lives, especially how to start over from the ground up.
But it is imperative we try our best to maintain whatever foundations and structures are still withstanding the weight of our world right now. There will be plenty of time to charge forward with the cement truck, lumber, and roofing, but that time is not now. Right now we are biding our time and finding divine guidance through the lessons life teaches us. The lines crossed, the rules broken, the negligence, the guilt, the shame. These are the villages we are visiting on our journey through the past. Take good notes! They will come in handy in 2026!
Taking things slow and making a lot of time to evaluate what we experienced last month can help us move forward more consciously and with more right intention. There are many shifting cycles occurring at all times in the geometry of our solar system, and how those celestial bodies grace our lives with their influences is the magic we are working with each day. Taking time out to embrace how we feel and what we think about what happens to us each day is worthy of our solitude.
